This temporary Accounts Assistant position based in Maidenhead, will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Posting Sales and Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Cashbook reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Cash allocation
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Inter-company reconciliations
  • Processing expenses
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Processing journals
  • The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate for this temporary position, will need to have the following skills:

  • Previous Accounts Assistant experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Good Excel skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Can use own initiative
  • Team player
