Experience in Stages 4 & 5 is essential with a strong understanding of technical design and building regulations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and methodical person who can not only organise themselves but also the activities of the rest of the team. Advanced knowledge of BIM is essential not only for the purpose of drawing production but also to advise the rest of the team on the best way to achieve the desired result from the model, whilst also ensuring compliance with office standards and procedures. The ability to lead and interact with a team of professionals both internally and externally is considered extremely important here. Experience in interior design implementation for Hospitality and F&B related commercial projects (FOH public areas, bar, restaurant, deli) would be a great bonus.
This is long term contract work that may well so extend beyond the initial phase, so looks like a great opportunity. This is based on remote working for now, but may require work in the office in Central London at times in the future, so an ability to do this will be needed too. There's more information available, so if you are suitable and interested please get in touch ASAP.
