Working closely with the Creative Director, the Brand Manager will own Brand Strategy and Delivery across International Markets. Using Research and Insights, the successful candidate will seek to continuously develop the Brand Proposition, ensuring the end-to-end Brand and Customer Experience is optimised.
Using Data and Insight, the Brand Manager will work with a team of Marketing channel owners, to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement; creating and delivering target segment strategies and action plans. The successful candidate will use their well-honed stakeholder management skills to build effective internal relationships and, as a result, build excellent processes to deliver productive on-brand campaigns throughout the year. The Brand Manager will then analyse the success of these campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and brand engagement in the future. The successful candidate will also utilise this information to inform new product development, based on engagement and the competitor landscape.
This will be a blended role, with the opportunity to work from home, and the office in Bath 2/3 times a week when normal working practise resumes.
