A major Top 100 law firm with a National presence is seeking to bolster its Construction Team through adding an Associate level Construction Lawyer who has a flair for contentious work, into its Bristol office.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate strong capabilities within contentious construction dispute resolution and advisory work.
Due to our client’s panel appointments, you will have the opportunity to work on high value, complex instructions including local authorities, NHS Trusts and housing associations. You will also be offered the opportunity to work with developers, funders and contractors.
You will be part of a team that advises a wide range of construction dispute matters, ranging from traditional final account/loss and expense type claims, to significant defect issues and PFI/projects disputes (PFI experience is desirable but not essential for the role)
