Customer Support Specialist
£22,500 per annum
40 hours per week between 8am-8pm (will cover some weekends)

Job Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls ensuring excellent customer service throughout

  • Answering customer queries relating to the browsing of their car to the delivery / after purchase

  • Updating and maintaining customers details on the company database

  • Being professional, helpful and supportive, ensuring we are exceeding customers' expectations at every opportunity

  • Building a rapport and assisting all customers to resolve any complaints/issues

  • What you'll need:

  • Experience within a customer service or call centre environment

  • Outstanding communication skills with an eye for detail

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast moving, ever-changing environment

  • A focus on quality, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile

  • Great communication and problem-solving skills

  • Good understanding of IT and CRM systems
