We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Aftersales division working at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Lincoln. The hours of work are on a rota basis Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays.
The role is available as maternity cover, but may lead to a more permanent role within Listers. This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.
Role and Responsibilities
Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
Accurate data inputting of customer details
Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
Improve and drive lead conversions
Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
Adhering to brand standards
Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
Self-motivated & target driven
Able to work on your own or as part of a team
Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
Competent using Microsoft Office
Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
