If you are hardworking - have an excellent attendance record and passionate about people and talking to them all day on a phone - we have an opportunity for you.
You will be working at the Chester Business park located on the outskirts of one of the finest cities in the UK, supporting a Synonymous high street bank which is known for its outstanding service and care.
The calls are very general, some examples will be, Pin code requests, initial mortgage enquiries, loans, opening bank accounts and online banking
The role is supported with extensive training, mentoring and coaching and the environment relaxed, exciting, fun and supportive.

Pay - Standard rate is £10.11 - rising above £20 for certain overtime plus Bonus

THE REQUIREMENTS ARE:
- Able to travel to Chester Business park
- Can work 35 hours per week over 5 days with flexibility of times
- Can work between 7am - 11pm daily on shift patterns over 8-week cycle
- Can demonstrate great customer service
- Proficient on PC
- Happy to talk and answer customer queries all day
