Control Tower Customer Service / Operations support <br><br>The purpose of this role is to provide Customer Service & Operational support and to ensure compliance with all company policies. <br><br>Strong customer service background essential <br><br>Monday to Friday 0930-18.30<br>Salary cGBP18k-GBP21k<br><br>Main duties:<br><br>Answering the phone in a professional and timely ma er. A good telephone ma er is essential<br>To assist in providing clients with continuous notification and follow-up (which includes flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, charges, resolutions, etc.)<br>Tracking and tracing shipments<br>Familiarize yourself with all special services we can offer and ensure customers are given all options available<br>Set up and organize special deliveries<br>Help develop and maintain relationships with clients<br>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures<br>Manage daily email volumes<br>Manage daily tasks, monitoring job alarms and requirements<br><br>Salary is between GBP18,000 - GBP21,000 depending on experience<br>Hours are: Monday to Friday 09:30 till 18:30 - candidate must be flexible<br><br>Please email C.Vs to Kellie.email@example.com <mailto:Kellie.firstname.lastname@example.org> <br><br>*We can only accept applications from candidates with the required experience for this role.
