Can you deal with the pressure?

As a Dealer you’ll be joining a talented, close-knit Gaming Team where, along with everyone else in the Caesars family, you’ll be driven by our mission to inspire grown-ups to play .

That means creating memorable experiences for our customers and delighting every guest every time.

To deliver that, we understand you must also feel delighted to be working for Caesars, which is why we have created a culture designed to inspire and reward our teams.

This culture is founded on the values we live by every day - Integrity, Service with Passion, Celebrating Success, Diversity, Caring Culture, and Ownership – and it delivers:

  • Fast-paced excitement of casino life
  • Belong to a supportive, friendly team
  • Benefit from a competitive salary and great discounts including 50% off food and drinks in all Caesars Entertainment UK casinos and heavily discounted stays in our Caesars Entertainment USA hotels, including Caesars Palace, Las Vegas

  • You’ll have good communication skills
  • You’re good with calculations
  • You must be warm, friendly and engaging
  • You’ll need excellent spoken English
  • You will also need to be at least 18 and have proof of your right to work in the UK.
