I am currently working on behalf of a developing health and social care provider with an excellent reputation that is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager for their residential service in the Bradford area. The service supports people with Learning Disabilities and physical disabilities.
They are looking for someone who is committed to quality care and a continuous improvement ethos. The service has excellent relationships with CQC, the Local Authority, Service Users and Relatives. The service has a committed team of staff who are in need of a Deputy Manager to lead their team, as the current Deputy is being promoted.
Salary: £19,000-23,000 depending on experience
