Badenoch + Clark is delighted to recruit for a Domiciliary Care Manager on behalf of a London based luxury retirement community village.
As Domiciliary Care Manager you will provide high-quality home care services that support residents to continue living their lives independently in the setting of their home.
With significant leadership experience you will inspire your team providing them with development and direction across your service area. You will use your expertise in Domiciliary Care to ensure the achievement of operational excellence and compliance that ensures the overall quality of service.
*Taking ownership for all operational team management
*Managing effective recruitment, induction, and training of care staff, identifying ongoing training needs, and ensuring staff is up to date with current best practices.
*Overseeing the provision of quality Care Assessments, Risk Assessments and Reviews
*Ensuring CQC compliance and standards are met at all times
*Being accountable for health and safety, acting as the lead for infection prevention and control.
*Striving for continuous service development, carrying out ongoing investigations relating to the quality of the service and implementing processes accordingly
*Carrying out appraisals and monitoring of staff performance
*Ensure all emergency on-call issues are dealt with effectively, such as covering calls either directly or indirectly when care workers are sick or absent
