Facilities Assistant

Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join a well established Law Firm based in Birmingham City Centre.

This is a 12 month FTC


  • Assist with the effective delivery of the workplace services
  • Be a presence across the office and well known as the go-to person for all workplace and facilities related items and issues
  • Scanning documents
  • Assisting with meeting room changes and general porterage
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs to office furniture, fittings and services where required
  • Ensuring Health & Safety around the office – adhering to all set protocols, policies and procedures
  • Ideal Candidate

  • Ideally experience of working in a Facilities department or Workplace Management team within a similar professional services environment
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • An understanding of Health and Safety in the work place
  • Good IT skills including MS Office
