This is a great opportunity to join a leading children’s charity at a pivotal time. Our client is going through a period of change and transformation and they are looking for an experienced People Administrator to join the People team on a 6 month Fixed-term contract. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for providing solid administrative support to the People function. The role focuses on the operational elements of the People department, ensuring all day-to-day processes are completed in a timely and accurate fashion, and that first line employee enquiries are handled quickly and effectively.

About the Team:
There are eight people in the People team, made up of three People Business Partners (People BPs), one Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Partner, two People Advisors, one People & Volunteering Officer and one People Administrator.
They pride themselves on providing the highest quality across all elements of their HR work, be that management of the employee life-cycle, coaching and empowering leaders, or acting as change agents to influence and improve ways of working. They’re a capable team that is always driving people-focused initiatives and projects, as well as playing an integral role in charity wide working groups and projects.
HR Administrator Requirements:
You will be a personable, conscientious, team-player and specifically you will:
• Have strong, all-round administration experience.
• Be a real people person with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adept at managing own workload and prioritising conflicting deadlines in a very busy team.
• Be highly organised and possess a good level of speed, accuracy and attention to detail with work.
• Demonstrable ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with care and tact.

Contract type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hour per week
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
