A leading private law firm are recruiting for a Knowledge Management Assistant to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Knowledge Management, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Taking and compiling minutes during meetings
  • Assisting with diary management and arranging meetings
  • Assisting in the budgeting process
  • Expenses and invoice admin
  • Developing and maintaining intranet pages
  • Acting as key point of contact for knowledge database
  • Working with Head of to manage database
  • Supporting on any ad hoc projects
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Supporting with budgeting processes

As Knowledge Management Assistant, you will possess:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong MS office skills
  • An aptitude and interest in technology
  • Experience in knowledge and information related work
