    Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process

    A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service

    Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry

    As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion

    What’s on offer to you

    Basic annual salary ranging between £17,000 to £22,000, dependent on your experience

  • Move Manager Scheme – Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
    78% - £250, 84% - £500, 90% - £850
