  • Deliver against beneficiary targets through strategic partnership working
  • Develop and improve an operational plan based on pilot learnings, in collaboration with the Programme Manager and Marketing Manager
  • Conduct local labour market and stakeholder mapping for each new launch area for the programme. Conduct prospecting for partners and routes to market.
  • Establish relationships with partners: understand their needs, establish MOUs, agree targets
  • Maintain strong relationships to hold partners to account for beneficiary targets and troublehsoot key challenges and issues
  • Set excellent processes for success measurement, for internal reporting and managing partnership success
  • Support the development of messaging, insights to beneficiaries and communications plans in response to your knowledge of the area
  • Contribute to case studies and further materials to celebrate the success of the programme and champion your partners
  • Speak at events to launch, promote or celebrate the campaign
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Self-starter with proven ability to develop pilots and new ways of working
  • Excellent project management
  • Confident relationship builder, including establishing initial contact and selling in a programme or opportunity
  • Excellent communication skills, via written copy, calls/emails and public speaking
  • Knowledge of the employability sector or local authority landscape
  • Ability to respond to a fast-changing environment and predict risks and opportunities ahead of time
