Robert Half Accounting & Finance are currently recruiting for an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Purchase Ledger clerk to join our clients team on a temp-perm basis. The role is based in the office and is commutable from Market Bosworth, Coalville, Ibstock, Coventry, Ashby-de-le-Zouch, Bardon and surrounding areas.

The team are great and we have worked with this client for a long time. If the right candidate is placed the role will convert to permanent.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Completing duties assigned by the financial controller
  • Reconciling statements
  • CIS/Sub-Contract/Construction experience
  • Handling queries
  • Working with invoices
  • Managing petty cash
  • Batching high volumes of invoices
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Scrutinising the purchase ledger system
  • Networking with suppliers
  • The salary is negotiable and the role is temp-perm.
