We currently have a great opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual who wants to work as part of the Land Based Industries faculty team; the role is key and often the first point of contact that stakeholders have with the college.

Provide a welcoming, courteous, and efficient service for students, visitors, and all other stakeholders.
Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, to provide all students and stakeholders with a consistent and positive impression of the college.
Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the faculty team, including data inputting, student attendance monitoring, handling payments, letters, record keeping, room / facilities bookings, managing locker allocations, assisting with bursary applications.
Coordinate dog grooming bookings for members of the public, with guidance from the tutor/course leader.
Liaise with Estates and cross-college staff.
