We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter and inspired HR MANAGER that is looking for something new, and to join the team of this leading group in UK hospitality sector.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function for the North Region while contributing to the overall achievement of business goals and to the profitability of the group through the monitoring of recruitment and labour turnover, management of compensation and benefits and maintaining effective cost controls.
You will be in charge of the HR function as a whole including (but not limited to) : Employee Relation, Compliance, Payroll, Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development.
Ensuring consistency of standards of service are maintained while creating a working environment that supports the organisational values.
The ideal Regional Human Resources Managercandidate for this position:
Min 5 years experience within the HR division and at least 2 in a cluster / regional / group role
Experience in as a HR Manager / Head of HR or similar at Group level
Will consider experience from hotels, restaurant-bar group, co-working spaces, service apartments or Tourism related sector
Experience working in the UK market and excellent knowledge of the laws and regulations
Possess excellent communication and analytical skills
Should be standards driven with the ability to organise and plan ahead
Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Have a flexible approach to their work
CIPD qualification is a bonus
