A leading top 200 firm offering private individuals and commercial household names legal services with a number of offices across the region are looking broaden reach of what is already a very successful residential conveyancing offering. If you are an ambitious qualified conveyancer (Solicitor, CLC , FCILEx) with at least five years fee earning experience and a strong desire to lead and develop this position could prove to be highly beneficial to your career.
This is full time role based at the office in Winchester and forms part of the existing plans for growth of the firm as a whole which itself has seen some very positive development in recent years inline with the firms strategy of continuous growth.
This is a key hire for the team in Winchester, you will be required to head up the conveyancing team hence the need for leadership, a track record of achievement and proven ability to provide excellent client service and manage key commercial relationships. Ideally you will have developed a network of existing relationships within the conveyancing sector across the region, however the firm have already made significant inroads into business development and have some of the key players from the local area on board and keen to supply work. Managerial experience of a team/department is a key factor for the role as is the assumption of good all round technical and procedural knowledge across the full spectrum of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership.
The role will suit an individual with ambition, good all round communication skills and an ability to drive business forward but also develop the team and in the process achieve and surpass targets for the business. This is a great opportunity to genuinely put your influence into the team and be recognised across the firm as a whole as a leader and achiever. Longer term options for those seeking further seniority are a very credible option and interest from those already at partnership level is also welcome (remuneration package is flexible and open to discussion).
