Sales Executive, Nottingham, Up to £25,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission
An incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing and ambitious company selling specialist training solutions with a particular focus on the construction industry. This company have experienced continued success despite the pandemic and are now growing their sales team in order to keep up with demand.
They are looking for a tenacious, driven and hungry salesperson to join them and help continue this growth. Full and ongoing training will be provided alongside one-to-one mentoring from the sales manager.
This office-based role will see you selling a range of training solutions into a variety of industries but with a particular focus on the construction sector.
This is role includes managing a large number of established clients as well as generating new ones. Working from warm leads you will introduce the company and solution and lead the sales process to a finish. You will also be responsible for sourcing new business and securing long-term clients, so we are looking for a self-proclaimed hunter!
* To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 1-year B2B telesales experience
* The absolute ideal candidate will have experience of selling H&S training solutions or of selling into the construction sector
* Someone who is financially driven will do well with this company as they have an incredibly generous commission scheme
* Rapid progression is expected so a career motivated individual will be successful in this role
