Identify main construction projects offering sales potential for the Company in the territory and update projects list on a monthly basis.
Lobbying towards Key accounts (Designers, Main Civil Contractors and Precast Companies) through an adequate networking and regular follow-up visits.
Conduct sales presentations to consultants and contractors involved in targeted projects, collect information about their needs, propose technical solutions and recommendations using the Company’s products and highlight the benefits in the aim to get our products specified and/or selected.
Relay Request For Quotations to upper management and propose adequate solutions among the Company Products portfolio and in accordance with projects specifications & environment.
Support and coordinate the sales approaches with the fabricators’ sales team, organize periodic meetings to update our sales strategies and to determinate short- and medium-term objectives.
Participate to targeted exhibitions to promote the Company’s products and services, develop network, and conduct market intelligence.
Update on a monthly basis sales forecast of the Territory to ensure that inventories and capacities of the fabricators are adequate to serve the market.
Report monthly about sales activities, pending projects status, the cooperation with the fabricators and the short-term development objectives.
Present a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Civil studies.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales functions.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Familiar with CRM systems and reporting tools.
Curious and adaptive yet focused on the objectives ahead.
Customer oriented, team player, and results driven.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Own a driving license, able to work independently and travel frequently.
