What you’ll do:

  • Create and refine industry leading forecasting models for both supply and demand from Long – term to day -1.
  • Manage the budget and recruitment planning for a large geographical area for multiple skillsets.
  • Maintain the relationships with the Regional Managers and Heads of Field to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of the plan.
  • Work with a team of analysts to deliver the best possible visits dates for customers in line with the business Service Levels.
  • Make recommendations based on accurate, relevant and consistent data and have solutions to minimise the impact on the future delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider planning team focusing on best practice sharing
  • What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of building accurate planning models or forecasts
  • Proven, strong analytical background and demonstrate a robust approach to problem solving.
  • Real sense of ownership and accountability to deliver against plan
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – being able to provide clarity and guide decision making.
  • Ability to work at pace – we work in an agile, fast-moving way at Sky
  • Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL or Business Objects experience would be an advantage
  • Customer Service Group
