Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology start up organisation
Annapurna HR is partnering with a Technology start up organisation on the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the HR and Recruitment teams and will manage end to end recruitment for roles at all levels. They will be responsible for writing adverts, interviewing candidates and managing the offer process.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will advise managers on recruitment strategies and build solid relationships with them. They will also be involved in various HR Projects, including training and hosting workshops.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 + years proven recruitment experience covering a variety of roles
- Proven success recruiting at-pace in an ever-changing environment.
- A passion for ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- The ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders
- The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Lots of initiative to take on tasks as required in a growing business and to assist where possible.
