Your new role

The UX/UI Developer will be responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles the website and web applications to raise user satisfaction, decrease user churn, and ensure user-based company goals are reached. Responsibilities include:

  • Design new complex features
  • Set up analytics to UX sessions to understand how to improve a feature released to clients
  • Provide guidance and advises on new features
  • Provide feature improvement by listening to customer feedback and analytical insights
  • Provide best practices support on building complex solutions
  • What you need to succeed

  • Educated to degree level, in UX/UI or IT related field
  • 5+ years’ experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Experienced within the Life Sciences sector – Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare environments
  • Created UX for complex/large scale features
  • Experience in working with developers, stakeholders and clients
  • Working in an interactive and fast paced environment
  • Understanding of front-end frameworks and technology constraints
